Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about transforming your Samsung Frame TV into a stunning digital art gallery

Is your Frame TV art AI-generated?

Yes — and we believe transparency deserves to be your first question when investing in digital art.

Our pieces aren't traditional paintings simply digitized. They are AI-generated artworks, carefully curated by humans, designed specifically for Samsung Frame TV and Hisense CanvasTV. We use advanced AI tools as digital brushes, then refine each composition for light, color, and depth on matte displays.

What this means for you: You’re choosing digital art created for how you actually live with it — shifting naturally with your room’s light, mood, and rhythm. Every detail is optimized for 16:9 screens in 4K.

Looking ahead to 2026: Our Artist Partnership Program will bring independent creators — painters, photographers, digital artists — into Frame TV-ready formats, ensuring fair compensation. If you’re an artist, connect with us.

We believe the future of digital art is honest — where technology amplifies human creativity instead of hiding it. Your Frame TV deserves art that embraces innovation and authenticity.

What is Art For Frame?

Art For Frame is a premium digital art marketplace for Samsung Frame TV and Hisense Canvas TV. We offer curated, high-resolution digital downloads that you can purchase once and enjoy forever in Art Mode.

Each piece is $9.99. No subscription is required, though we may add optional memberships in the future.

Do I need to resize the art before uploading to Samsung Frame TV or CanvasTV?

No resizing is needed for most TVs. Our files are delivered at 4K (3840×2160) in a 16:9 aspect ratio, perfectly matching Samsung Frame TV and Hisense CanvasTV screens.

If your specific model crops differently, simply use the TV’s fit/crop settings during upload. For extra help, contact support.

What makes Art For Frame different from the Samsung Art Store?

We focus on ownership and curation. Each artwork is a one-time $9.99 purchase. Unlike subscriptions, you keep your files forever, and they’re optimized for TV display by human curators who understand light, space, and composition.

What file format and resolution do downloads come in?

You’ll receive a high-quality PNG at 3840×2160 (4K). PNG ensures sharp detail and smooth gradients, ideal for Samsung Frame TV and Hisense CanvasTV matte screens.

Is the art compatible with both Samsung Frame TV and Hisense CanvasTV?

Yes. All pieces are optimized for both platforms in Art/Photo modes. If cropping appears, use your TV’s fit/scale tools or contact us for guidance.

How much does each digital artwork cost?

Our pricing is simple:

  • Premium Artwork: $9.99 each (one-time purchase)
  • No subscription required

If subscriptions are added later, they will be optional. All past purchases remain yours permanently.

How do I upload art to Samsung Frame TV or Hisense CanvasTV?

It’s quick and simple:

  • Hisense CanvasTV: Use the built-in Art/Photos app, USB, or supported mobile app depending on your model.

We provide step-by-step instructions after checkout and in our upload guide.
